Captain Carl Pelletier of 35 Canadian Brigade Group has a passion for training and operating in Canada’s harsh Arctic climate. He tells us all about his experiences with the Arctic Response Company Group, the Canadian Rangers and Inuit communities.
35 Canadian Brigade Group is based in Quebec City and is part of the Canadian Army’s 2nd Canadian Division.
