Marksmanship is a key soldier skill. Corporal Matt Valcour, from the Governor General's Foot Guards in Ottawa, has demonstrated his superior marksmanship at the Canadian Armed Forces Small Arms Concentration.
He talks about the techniques used during the constant training and practice required to maintain a high skill level. He explains as well how teaching other soldiers is an important part of maintaining his own levels of excellence.
